The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, Shure and Play Music Pickup magazine have come together to offer a fantastic and innovative ‘Creative Award’ for talented, aspiring singer/songwriters.
From May 30th 2008, this site will be live and you will be able to upload a video of yourself performing an original song (see ‘Entry Guidelines’ for full details on how to enter). Applicants will be judged by a combination of public voting and a panel of experts, and K.T. herself will pick the final winners!
The winning applicant will receive a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to professionally develop their talent and skills, including the opportunity to perform in live showcase events in London, by receiving, free of charge, a place on the Institute’s fantastic one-year Higher Diploma course delivered in London, UK, commencing in October 6th 2008 and worth £4,950. And two runners-up will receive the opportunity to attend the same course at a discounted cost plus some fabulous prizes from the competition’s sponsors!
